Does anyone know where I can download a free independent contractor legal form w/ no compete claus? - free confidentiality clause
I have an LLC with plans to hire a few independent contractors to help them.
I need a free download, available in VA (where business is located) may, but entrepreneurs are several other states. Does anyone know of a form or agreement that could not be used with a competing, and in the confidentiality of it?

You can use the free trade agreement independent contractor on the site below and adapt to their needs. He has to work a right to privacy and property.
I do not think you can attach a non-compete clause when they are limited to earn a living, but you can restrict them to directly respond to their customers. (You), add it to your consent.
Also a look at the guidelines for distinguishing between an independent contractor against an employee.
