Let me know if you sound card compatible with Direct X
Well, I'm installing these games like Spore and Maelstrom on my computer and with this new version of Direct X 9.0 to install. I would like to know if the sound, video card I have, I think it is a video card into the built-in sound are compatible.

new device will have DirectX 10 for the old PC with DirectX 9 and XP, you have all the correct drivers for the card work, both audio and video card
remove them from the manufacturer's website
